A chef from Central Java, he worked in large multinational cruise companies until decided to settle in the Northern Territory (NT) in early 2011. In the NT, he is known to promote the uniqueness of Indonesia and organise friendly gatherings among the Indonesian community. In 2019, he coordinated a humanitarian effort by fundraising to assist the Australian community during the bushfire crisis. He was personally mentioned by @scottmorrisonmp himself. Dominic is now leading a project, using his expertise as a chef, to help provide food to international students and working visa holders who are struggling financially during the current COVID-19 crisis.
