Meeting on the Establishment Rumah Indonesia (Nusantara Foundation)

The members of the Indonesian Diaspora Network in Northern Territory was invited to the Task Force for Building the Indonesia House "Rumah Indonesia". The meeting was conducted on 22 January 2021 at 17.30. The meeting resulted in the establishment of a new organization in Darwin.

Congratulations of all the people who have been trusted by the Indonesia Community in Darwin, plan, design and implement the Rumah Indonesia Project. We hope that we all can cooperate and work together for a better future.

The results of the Meeting are:

1. Make a foundation called Nusantara Foundation. We need to build a constitution which will be the foundations of the which must be approved by the Northern Territory Government.

2. Register Financial Members

3. Make a proposal for Government Grants for Land, Funding or infrastructure to Build Rumah Indonesia

The team will have 6 months to formulate a constitution and proposal for the Grant since this meeting for the constitution and draft grant proposal. The most urgent is the formulating the constitution, it will be drafted by Oly Carlson and be jointly discussed to be legalized.

A message from the Consulate Gulfan Afero. Cooperation and Communication between the team members are important with the President, Vice President with the support of the Consulate Republic of Indonesia and all members of the Indonesia community/Diaspora in Darwin NT to make this plan a success.
